2. Our Role — What We Do and Don’t Do

  • When you submit a quote request, we forward your enquiry to one or more licensed operators in our network. Any quote, booking, contract, and payment arrangement is made directly between you and the operator you choose.
  • We are not a party to that contract and are not responsible for the operator’s performance of it.

3. Quote Requests

When you submit a quote request through our website, you confirm that the information you provide (pickup and destination locations, travel dates and times, passenger numbers, and any special requirements) is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Quotes provided by operators through our service are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary depending on factors the operator identifies once they have full trip details — for example, exact pickup points, waiting time, or additional stops.

We do not guarantee that any operator will respond to your enquiry, or that a quote will be available for every request.

4. Operator Vetting

We take reasonable steps to work with operators who hold a valid PSV operator’s licence and appropriate insurance. However:

  • We do not independently verify every detail of an operator’s licensing, insurance, or vehicle condition on an ongoing basis.
  • Operators are independent businesses, not our employees, agents, or subcontractors.
  • We are not liable for any act, omission, delay, cancellation, accident, or failure of service by an operator.

If you have concerns about a specific operator, please contact us so we can look into it, and contact the operator directly regarding your booking.

5. Bookings, Payment, and Cancellations

Once you accept a quote, your booking and payment arrangement is made directly with the operator, under that operator’s own terms and conditions, cancellation policy, and payment terms.

We are not responsible for:

  • Payments made to an operator
  • Refunds, deposits, or cancellation fees
  • Changes an operator makes to a confirmed booking

Any dispute regarding a booking, payment, or the service provided during a trip should be raised directly with the operator in the first instance.

6. Your Responsibilities
